This journey is my response to the Matriarch’s Call: bringing decades of lived inquiry around Conscious Collaboration into relationship with people and places seeking more life-serving ways of being, doing, and becoming together.

This invitation is for you if you feel called to co-host a local gathering of the tour.

You may already be tending circles, retreats, community spaces, or another field of collective inquiry. Or this invitation may touch a desire that has been living in you for some time: the desire to host a space where women can gather around important questions, deepen into the unknown, and experience a more conscious way of being together with others who carry similar longings.

Why this matters now

Many women are sensing that the forms of relating, collaborating, and leading we have inherited do not carry the care and meta-relational intelligence that this time is asking of us.

There is a hunger for spaces where women can gather in honesty, trust, connection, and mutual support — spaces where something older and wiser can come into the room, and where the archetypal presence of the Matriarch can be inquired, re-membered and embodied by women collectively.

Why you may feel called to co-create this with me

You recognize that the women around you are hungry for a different quality of connection — one where they can show up more fully, speak honestly, listen and be listened to deeply, and experience a field of unconditional support that is rare in everyday life.

You sense that this kind of gathering can matter beyond the gathering itself.

That it could strengthen the relational ecology of the people involved.

That it could help women experience more trust and mutual support in how they come together?

This resonates because you already know the value of feminine elder presence. Or because you feel yourself approaching elderhood and want to learn, through direct experience, what becomes possible in a field held in this way.

What we can create together

In this expression of Matriarch on Tour, women gather in collective inquiry through relational presence, embodiment, generative dialogue with ourselves, with one another, and with the more-than-human world, as well as through ritual, reflection, and deep listening to what is emerging in the field.

The exact form can differ according to place, duration, and context. But the heart of it stays constant: women coming together in ways that deepen trust, invite honesty and openness, strengthen the relational field, and support new ways of being together.

An important part of this is exploring how we give one another real support — how to stand with one another, green-light one another, and loosen inherited patterns of competition, caution, comparison, and separation.

What I bring

I bring a feminine elder presence shaped by many years of living, practicing, and sensing what helps relational fields deepen. I bring calm, careful listening, embodied awareness, an elder’s perspective, and the capacity to hold a field for a group to stay with the unknown, uncertainty, and what matters without rushing to closure. I bring a way of being with others that supports trust, honesty, meaningful connection, and the emergence of deeper collective insight.

As the Sourcekeeper of Conscious Collaboration — a practice of attunement to the patterns of life as they move through our relationships and shared endeavors — everything I bring grows from the decades of inquiry into this living field. From it, pathways emerged through which we can embrace tensions as the creative energy of life that shapes and evolves our relational ecologies. We can inquire and differentiate the layers each tension holds and integrate what emerges from this inquiry with care, concern, and compassion — for ourselves, for each other, and for all of life.

How we can shape this together

Each Matriarch on Tour collaboration is shaped uniquely: with you as local co-host, with the place, with the women who are gathering, and with the questions or thresholds already alive there.

You bring

What you hold from your own experience and your relationship to the women, the place, and the local field. This may include suggesting a location, inviting the women who are meant to be there, and supporting the local coordination that allows the gathering to take form.

I bring

What I hold from decades of lived inquiry and experience — including feminine elder presence, relational depth, and lived experience in Conscious Collaboration.

Together, we shape and hold the gathering so that it is true to its context and alive to what wants to emerge there. We hold space for the gathering’s unique unfolding.
